One of the most amazing gifts that I receive for being a photographer is having the privilege of getting to see clients over and over again for their amazing life moments. I have known Stacy for many, many years now. I first met her when I was coaching gymnastics at the Carol Stream Park District. She was probably around eight years old at the time. Staying connected with her, meeting Zac and seeing how much love they each have for one another makes me so happy. Zac is a stand-up guy. He serves our country proudly while being there for Stacy 110 percent. He carried her items, strapped her heals on, brushed her hair out of her face and held her hand on rough terrain. Zac, you are the definition of a true gentleman. For their maternity photos the couple chose to have their session downtown in Lincoln Park. Zac was partial to the honey comb structure. I got there thirty minutes early to scope out the area. I have been there many times, but any given day things can look different. We were blessed to have the flower trees in bloom along with the tulips, which you better believe I took full advantage of! We ended their session along Lake Michigan. Stacy and Zac are in the process of moving from Hawaii to Texas where Zac had been stationed. They loved Hawaii with the beaches and beautiful scenery. Lake Michigan was the closest thing Chicago has to an ocean, so that's where we went. Stacy and Zac, there is no doubt in my mind that your little girl has the best parents around. I hope you both enjoy your new adventures in Texas and as parents. I cannot wait to meet your little nugget one day!! Congratulations again!
