Chicago Marriott Naperville | Nancy & Harry

Harry took the microphone as he and Nancy stepped onto the dance floor. It was time to give their thank you speech. With all eyes on the couple, Harry glanced down at his sheet of paper and began reading. They began by thanking everyone for coming, including many out of town guests. Peggy, Nancy's sister and Maid of Honor, came in from Houston. Dan, Harry's son and best man, flew in from New York with his wife Sae. They proceeded to recognize birthdays that were in the near future, accomplishments by recent graduates, and friends that had contributed to their wedding day making it that much more special. Harry then proceeded to hand the microphone to Nancy and she did the same.

In this little nutshell, it is easy to see what kindhearted, caring people Harry and Nancy both are. So appreciated and proud of their families, now combined into one. When I spoke to Nancy and Harry about their wedding photos, they told me more than anything the people were the most important to them. After that they wanted all of the details captured: the cookies their dear friend made for every guest to take home, the floral pieces that were carefully arranged, her dress that was selected with her dearest friends. Those photos honor their loved ones that were by their side every step of the way.

Nancy and Harry, it is my privilege and honor to get to know you both. To see the love you not only have for one another, but for your friends and family (including Dan's fur baby) is inspiring and something I wish for everyone. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your wedding day. I wish you both many more years of love, laughter and happiness. Congratulations!
